1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using youbetter.ai (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service does
The Service collects your job-search preferences and résumé/CV, gathers public job postings from third-party sources, and uses artificial intelligence to score and summarize how well each posting may fit you. It also lets you track applications. The Service is provided for your personal, individual job search.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the résumé text, preferences, notes, and other content you provide (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to store and process Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you — including sending relevant parts to our AI and infrastructure providers (see the Privacy Policy). Do not upload content you do not have the right to share, or anyone else’s personal information without permission.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the Service. In particular, don’t: use it for anything unlawful; attempt to access other users’ data; overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service; or use it to send spam or harass employers.
6. AI-generated content
Job-fit scores, outreach openers, cover letters, salary estimates, and summaries are generated by automated systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. They are suggestions only, not advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying anything before relying on or sending it.
7. Third-party listings and links
Job postings, company information, and links are provided by third parties. We do not control them and do not guarantee their accuracy, availability, or legitimacy. Your dealings with any employer or third-party site are solely between you and them.
8. Paid plans
